College P & C


The John Tonkin College P & C Association has many functions:

College P & C
  • Encourage parents to participate in their child's education
  • Develops parent participation in the development of their child's school
  • A forum for parents to discuss issues pertaining to the school and its community.
  • Guest speakers are invited to each meeting to give talks on matters associated with their child's education

The P & C is funded by the school cafeteria and does not require any fundraising or volunteering. We meet twice a term, and meetings are kept to a maximum of 1 hour.
It is a relaxed environment where anyone over the age of 18 can become a member. Parents, Grandparents, neighbours, guardians.
