Bullying
ENSURING THAT EVERYONE IS TREATED EQUALLY AND WITHOUT HARASSMENT
(i.e. any verbal, visual and/or physical behaviour, which causes offence or distress to others), BY;
- Workplace ethos is the defining factor in our College culture.
- Students are required to follow reasonable instructions given by College staff. This is in keeping with workplace ethos and the Education Act.
- Abuse of any kind directed towards teaching staff will not be tolerated. This includes but is not exclusive to swearing, physical or verbal intimidation, and ignoring teachers' instructions.
- Refraining from any activities that may be construed as harassment.
- Reporting any incident of harassment observed on the campus whether caused by staff or students.
- Showing respect and consideration for other students, staff and campus visitors.
